We will remove, rearrange, or otherwise revise originally recorded “raw” audio segments that you identify to improve overall content quality and cut Episode runtime to the desired length. We pay particular attention to maintaining the story flow and ensuring that the audio remains smooth and consistent.

We will conduct host and guest preparation sessions to help frame the questions and discussion that enable podcast guests to best showcase their expertise. Emphasis is placed on how to best incorporate both data/knowledge and interpersonal storytelling. We also provide you feedback throughout the Series to continually improve each Episode.

In addition to coordinating our internal resources, we can also proactively manage the Episode schedule and coordinate guest scheduling. This offloads oversight responsibilities from our clients and ensures a continual flow of Episode development. Guest coordination presumes that client has identified guests and secured their commitment.

Our podcast editing experts will remove unneeded segments of your raw audio, filler words (like excessive “uh’s”), and other audio anomalies. This includes equalizing and fine-tuning audio characteristics – such as peak volume, overall decibel level, echo levels, and audio spacing.

You may choose to designate experts in your organization as interviewers, or rely on professional interviewers that we provide. Our interviewers are adept at framing questions and discussion to help podcast guests best communicate and showcase their expertise.

We will provide up to 3 Audiograms, which are short audio clips (60 second or less) that contain a memorable quote for each Episode that can be used for social media posts and other marketing vehicles. It is delivered as a graphic based on the Series artwork or other branding elements with the audio embedded therein.

Should you desire a video podcast, we will remove, rearrange, and otherwise revise sections of the originally recorded video based on your direction. We will also add additional visual elements, including, but not limited to, opening graphics and mid-roll transitions (subject to a custom quotation).

If you desire ModPod to assume full responsibility for editing,  we identify audio and video segments for removal to ensure and meet any targets you desire for Episode length. We make sure that these cuts are based on mutually agreed upon criteria before proceeding with standard editing.

Podcasts can be repurposed into assets that can be deployed as online content – both on your website and your social media accounts. For each Episode, we will create a blog post as well as a social media summary that can be shared via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.

Our Creative Director help you choose music and other sound elements for the “intros and outros” that will enliven your audio. We will then mix these elements into the overall podcast production.

ModPod can create special audio and video elements based on your unique requirements, as well as storytelling conceptualization for podcasts formulated outside of conventional interview/discussion formats. Services are provided on a custom quoted basis.

We will provide additional sound elements, such as audio logos, sound effects, and earcons, to add dramatic effect, grab and hold the listeners attention, and make the podcast more memorable.

A podcast trailer is a short audio recording that is employed to generate listener interest in the full episode. It can be posted on podcast distribution platforms, displayed on your website, and/or placed on your social media properties.

Our graphics designers create the artwork for podcast distribution platforms such as Apple, Google, Sticher, and Tunein, as well as your own website. We will work with you to ensure that your podcast logo and all visual elements effectively represents and reinforces your brand.

Effective podcast delivery hinges on well thought out content. We can provide interview questions, original podcast scripts, and/or scripting feedback based on your specific objectives and messaging to ensure your expertise is effectively conveyed.

Access dozens of voice talents through our sister company, Marketing Messages. Your chosen “Voice Artist” can record an introduction to your podcast in any language. If character roles or a specific style of vocal delivery is desired, we can match your requirements with the right Voice Artist.

Our podcast script writers will develop impactful, interest-generating text for inclusion in the visual element of your chosen podcast platform. We can modify this text for publication to each major podcast distribution platform - as well as for your website and social media properties.

We provide assistance in publishing your podcast Series and Episodes to the major distribution platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Google, Sticher, Spotify, TuneIn, and others as appropriate.

Let us handle all of the direction for you during podcast recording by providing a dedicated podcast producer. We employ software tools and online technologies, such as Adobe Audition and Riverside.fm or Squadcast, to make recordings with participants in multiple locations seamless and hassle-free.

We will transcribe the audio into text form for repurposing into additional marketing and communication assets. This is a separately priced option based on finished audio minutes.

Our technical team can assist in setting up a website plug-in and/or other graphical elements for your website. This involves the installation of an embedded podcast player that may work in conjunction with podcast hosting and distribution services, such as Libsyn and Anchor.
